Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 banana

1/2 cup frozen berries

250ml low fat milk

75g natural yoghurt

ice cubes

 

(Toppings)

2 tbs oats

1/4 cup berries

2 2tbs cacao buckinis

 

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth in texture
  2. Serve in a bowl and top with oats, berries, cacao buckinis
