Smoothie bowls are really having a moment right now, and that’s because they’re so delicious! (Apart from looking great on Instagram).  Add a handful of frozen berries and some additional goodies to get your day started off on the right foot. Our Berry Smoothie Bowl recipe is a winner from a nutritional standpoint, and the pretty pink of the berries is so appetising. Enjoy.

Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 banana

1/2 cup frozen berries

250ml low fat milk

75g natural yoghurt

ice cubes

 

(Toppings)

2 tbs oats

1/4 cup berries

2 2tbs cacao buckinis

berry smoothie bowl

 

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth in texture
  2. Serve in a bowl and top with oats, berries, cacao buckinis
